The mission is to provide a quality destination which offers lessons for new rowers, row tours and fitness outings which are valued by new and experienced scullers.
The goal is to promote rowing as a recreational sport and to increase participation for fitness and fun. Rowing is framed as a form of balanced, full body exercise and a lifestyle. It is appropriate for conditioning and cross training and can be enjoyed by fit athletes as well as deconditioned persons.
The desired outcomes are to promote wellness, improve quality of life through exercise, an improved diet, proper recovery and effective rest. Indoor and outdoor lifestyle programs run year round.
